A little bit about my life and my foreseeable goals.

It is Monday Nov. 5th and I am getting myself ready for a fresh start.  Here is a list that will give everyone a good outlook on who I am and just how crazy my life is right now.


  1. My name is Heather, I'm 28 years old and am 5' 6 1/4"
  2. I'm the mother to an 18-month-old little girl named Lydia
  3. I'm in my first semester at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College as a full time student working towards an Associates Degree in Science
  4. While I am at JSRCC to complete the pre-requisite courses required to begin working towards an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Thomas Nelson Community College I will also be taking as many of the pre-requisites for the Bachelor's Degree Completion Program in Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University.
  5. My 18-month-old has been in a very clingy stage and starting the "terrible two's" stage and is taking all of the energy out of me making me tired and stressed a lot.
  6. At the end of my pregnancy I weighed 186 lbs. Three months after having Lydia I weighed 156 lbs. I continued to solely nurse her for 16 months and was able to get down to 145 lbs. Now I weigh 162 lbs. and have not been eating the healthiest diet and taking good care of myself.
  7. I decided to change that. My goal is to cleanse my body and challenge myself to always eat a healthy diet, lose weight, build and tone muscle and weigh no more that 130 lbs.
  8. The question is, how long will it take me to get to my goal?
  9. I am going to start Dr. Oz's 48-hour Weekend Cleanse and continue to eat healthy.
  10. Along with changing my diet, I will be changing my family's diet. (That's the hard part)
  11. I will also be starting the Insanity Workout and Nutrition Plan to help with this much needed transformation.
This is going to be very challenging but my body needs this. If you have any advice or super healthy organic meal recipes please pass them my way.
